The Martin Braun-Gruppe is integrated in the Oetker-Gruppe. All companies from the area "Large-Scale Consumer Baking" of the Oetker-Gruppe are consolidated under the name Martin Braun-Gruppe.

The Martin Braun-Gruppe produces and distributes a complete assortment of convenience products with a focus on sweet and hearty bakery products, bread/rolls, desserts and ice cream for large-scale consumers across all applicable sales channels worldwide. The assortment includes pre-products and convenience products for further commercial processing as well as sweet and spicy frozen dough pieces.

Today, the Martin Braun-Gruppe has more than 1,100 employees at ten locations and is represented with products in over 70 countries. Excellent product quality based on top unprocessed ingredients, advanced manufacturing technology as well as high quality in service and consulting have secured the group a leading position in the European market.

The Swiss company Agrano AG, the German Company Agrano KG as well as the German Martin Braun KG with the company C. Siebrecht Söhne headquartered in Hanover belong to the Martin Braun-Gruppe. Other members of the group of companies include: The subsidiaries Arconsa in Spain, the company Wolf ButterBack based in Fürth, Martin Braun Poland, Martin Braun Hungary, Martin Braun Turkey, Martin Braun in Singapore and the company Cresco Italia in Italy.
